Just'n Time Lunar Remedies is the apothecary arm of SnS Metaphysical Apothecary, a small Arizona practice built on plant relationship, energy work and a deep respect for the desert.
Everything here is handcrafted: flower essences prepared in sun and moonlight, herbal oils infused slowly, salves poured in small batches, and honeys steeped with garden and desert botanicals. We work with the lunar cycle because the plants asked us to, and we name each remedy for what it carries.

How a remedy comes to be
Nothing here is rushed. A single essence can take a full season, and that slowness is the medicine as much as the water is.

Listen to the plant
Every remedy begins with a relationship. We visit, sit with and learn a plant across seasons long before we ever prepare it as an essence.

Follow the cycle
Blossoms are gathered at the phase that suits them, whether that is a full moon, a hunter moon or the last light of a desert twilight.

Flowers float in clear spring water under sun or moon, held with prayer, song and quiet attention until the water carries their pattern.

Two practices, one shared path
Jimmy Riordan II came to this work through druidic practice and a long friendship with plants. His first true ally was a Grand Duke of Tuscany jasmine, and that relationship still shapes how every remedy in this apothecary is made.
Tawny Locust works as a psychic medium and spiritual guide, holding the energetic side of the practice. Together they craft, teach and sit with people who are looking for something gentler than what the world usually offers.
Plants and people are meant to remember one another.

A flower essence is water that has held fresh blossoms in sunlight or moonlight, then been preserved. It carries the energetic signature of the plant rather than its chemistry, so it works gently with mood, emotion and spirit.
Essential oils are concentrated aromatic compounds pressed or distilled from plant material. Essences hold no measurable plant matter and have no scent. They are taken as drops and work energetically.
Essences are gentle and do not interact with medication. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health care, so please keep working with your providers and let them know what you are taking.

How To Use
Four drops under the tongue, four times a day. Morning and night matter most. You can also drop your dose into a glass of water or a cup of tea.
Give a single essence at least two weeks. Most people notice the shift in hindsight, when a familiar reaction simply does not arrive the way it used to.
One or two is plenty. Working with fewer essences makes it much easier to feel what each one is actually doing for you.
How We Craft
Most come from our own Arizona garden and from wild stands in the Sonoran desert, harvested with permission and never taken from a small population.
Certain blossoms give more of themselves at particular points in the lunar cycle. Full moon, hunter moon and twilight preparations each carry a different quality, and we note the timing on every bottle.
Water, vegetable glycerine, stock essence and brandy or vodka as a preservative. If you avoid alcohol, write to us and we will prepare a glycerine only bottle.
